Untuk itu, masyarakat dituntut untuk sanggup melawan Covid-19 dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan, menjaga imun tubuh dan menjaga pola makan dengan gizi seimbang.<\/p>\n<p>Wakil Ketua IDI Lampung dr Boy Zaghlul Zaini mengatakan menjaga imun tubuh agar tidak mudah terserang virus bisa dilakukan dengan menjaga pola hidup, pola makanan, hingga menghindari stress.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jadi stress juga bisa mempengaruhi imun tubuh menjadi turun, maka perlu kita selalu berfikir positif untuk menghindari stres,&#8221; ungkapnya menjadi narasumber pada FGD Online bertajuk Imunitas Prima Bantu Tubuh Melawan Corona yang digelar Lampung Post, Rabu (21\/10).<\/p>\n<p>Acara yang dimoderatori redaktur Lampung Post Chairil Anwar juga menghadirkan Sekretaris DPD Persagi Lampung Arie Nugroho dan Dosen Prodi Penjaskes FKIP Unila Rahmat Hermawan.<\/p>\n<p>Boy Zaghlul Zaini juga mengajak masyarakat untuk selalu menerapkan pola hidup bersih dan sehat. Hal ini dilakukan untuk menjaga lingkungan agar tetap aman dari virus dan bakteri, termasuk Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara Ari Nugroho SGz MGz menerangkan untuk menjaga imun tubuh juga diperlukan konsumsi gizi seimbang. Menurutnya, gizi bukan hanya soal makanan yang dikonsumsi.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam Permenkes Nomor 40\/2014 ada 4 pilar pedoman gizi seimbang. Antara lain, makan makanan yang beragam, PHBS, aktivitas fisik secara teratur, dan pantau berat badan dengan optimal.<\/p>\n<p>Ia menuturkan terdapat porsi yang harus terpenuhi dalam sehari dalam pola makan. Yakni makanan pokok, buah, lauk, dan sayur dalam porsi makanan.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Tidak cukup dengan itu, kita juga menerapkan 3M dengan menjalani PHBS, melakukan aktivitas fisik, serta menjaga berat tubuh secara optimal,&#8221; terangnya.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Sementara, Rahmad Hermawan menegaskan penting untuk menerapkan aktivitas fisik untuk menjaga imun tubuh. Jika kekurangan gerak, maka seseorang akan beresiko mengalami hypokinetik.<\/p>\n<p>Orang yang mengalami hipokinetik bisa mengakibatkan penurunan fungsi tulang, otot, hingga jantung. Hal itu kemudian bisa membuat berbagai penyakit mudah masuk dalam tubuh.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Selama pandemi masyarakat tetap bisa melakukan olahraga dari rumah. Olahraga ringan di sekitar rumah agar tidak menimbulkan kerumunan.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Jika ingin melakukan olahraga di luar rumah usahakan saat lingkungan masih keadaan sepi.
