Bagaimana pun, kamu perlu berhati-hati dalam mengonsumsi berbagai makanan Lebaran.<\/p>\n<p>Ingin makan enak tetapi tak ingin kepikiran kolesterol? Tentu bisa! Kamu bisa menerapkan beberapa hal yang bisa membuat\u00a0kolesterol\u00a0tidak cepat naik. Dikutip dari berbagai sumber, ada enam hal yang bisa kamu lakukan dalam mencegah kolesterol naik.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n1. Menerapkan pola makan sehat<br \/>\nKamu bisa memulai dengan mengatur pola makan\u00a0sehat. Batasi konsumsi makanan yang mengandung kolesterol dan hindari konsumsi minuman beralkohol. Konsumsi makanan tinggi serat larut<br \/>\nMakanan tinggi serat larut diketahui berguna untuk memelihara bakteri baik pada usus (probiotik) yang bisa membantu menurunkan kadar kolesterol jahat dalam darah. Kamu bisa konsumsi buah, kacang-kacangan, biji-bijian, dan oatmeal.<\/p>\n<p>4. Menurunkan berat badan berlebih<br \/>\nBerat badan yang berlebih dianjurkan untuk melakukan diet menurunkan berat badan. Dengan menurunkan berat badan, kadar kolesterol total juga dapat menurun.<\/p>\n<p>5. Olahraga teratur<br \/>\nAktivitas fisik dapat memperbaiki kadar kolesterol dalam tubuh. Usahakan untuk berolahraga selama 30-60 menit tiap hari.
