Namun, mengutip dari laman Ditsmp Kemdikbud, kali ini memaparkan lima permainan <a href=\"https:\/\/lampost.co\/epaper\/?s=TRADISIONAL\">tradisional<\/a> yang bermanfaat untuk kesehatan fisik.<\/p>\n<h2>Permainan Tradisional<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h3>Gobag Sodor<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Gobag Sodor salah satu permainan tradisional dari Jawa Tengah. Aktivitas ini terkenal juga dengan sebutan Galasin di Jakarta. Permainan ini cukup simpel dengan membuat dua kelompok pemain. Kelompok yang satu bertugas menjaga kelompok lawan agar tidak dapat lolos ke garis belakang. Sedangkan kelompok lainnya bertugas melewati hadangan kelompok penjaga.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BACA JUGA: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/lampost.co\/epaper\/foto__video\/pekan-kebudayaan-lampung\/\">Pekan Kebudayaan Lampung<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ada banyak manfaat dari Gobag Sodor, seperti sebagai sarana olahraga dan aktivitas fisik, melatih bertanggung jawab pada diri maupun kelompoknya, melatih kedisiplinan, belajar bekerja sama dengan orang lain, serta sebagai hiburan.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<h3>Engklek<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Engklek terkenal juga dengan sebutan dampu salah satu kegiatan tradisional yang menyenangkan dan menyehatkan. Pemain hanya perlu melempar trengkal\/gacoan dari pecahan genting ke dalam area engklek dan melompati setiap kotak tanpa menyentuh kotak yang terdapat gacoan. Permainan engklek bisa melatih ketangkasan dan kelincahan. Meski sederhana, kegiatan ini perlu keterampilan mumpuni dalam menjaga keseimbangan tubuh. Selain itu, kecepatan dan ketepatan juga menjadi kunci dari permainan ini. Permainan ini sangat baik untuk berolahraga. Sebab, setiap pemain harus berlari menjaga benteng dan menangkap lawan. Namun, tak jarang pula anak laki-laki turut memainkan lompat tali ini.<\/p>\n<p>Pemain bisa hompimpa terlebih dulu untuk menentukan siapa yang memegang tali dan siapa yang bermain. Dua orang yang kalah harus memegang ujung tali dan pemenangnya melompatinya sampai tidak menyentuh tali.
